About Me

Hi there, I am Lorajean Gudmundsen! 

 I am happy wife to Trent Gudmundsen and a proud mother of 5 wonderful children.  We live on a large rural property in Idaho, and have bunnies, chickens, and of course cats! 

  I am a devout Christian and member of the Church of Jesus Christ.  I love God and hope to praise Him by creating joy,  goodness and beauty through my art. 

  A few years ago I suffered from some very difficult anxiety.  To help myself through the healing process I relied on the power of God through; scripture study, prayer, painting, and journaling.  I am still healing in many ways but I am so grateful to our living and loving savior Jesus Christ, for His help, and for all the good in my life.  

Even though so much bad exists in the world, we don't have to focus on it, and it doesn't make beauty and goodness any less real!  I want to share that beauty and goodness with you through my art! 

  I am a maker of many things like, paintings, crochet plush, papier-mâché sculpture, stationery, and just whatever craft suits my mood.

 I am completely obsessed with journals and stickers! Please come on this journey with me and lets be friends!
